MITCH TREVEY
Managing Director

With over 20 years of experience in commercial real estate and land development, Mitch Trevey brings a high level of expertise to the field and a bona-fide passion for what he does. Mitch realized very early on his knack for land and commercial real estate brokerage and development, working diligently to gain a multi-faceted understanding of all aspects of the industry... Today Mitch is an award winning expert in brokerage and development, highly sought-after by the area’s most discerning clients, continuing to build upon his invaluable foundation of knowledge, offering individuals proven guidance that’s rooted in experience.

As the founder and Managing Director of Trevey Land and Commercial, Mitch combines his knowledge, passion and experience with the vast array of strategic resources to deliver results in the rapidly growing and changing Denver area market. Whatever the task at hand- be it purchasing land for development or participating in the sales and leasing of commercial properties- he paves the way for his client’s success first and foremost by taking the time to understand their needs. Once these needs are determined, one would be hard-pressed to find a more qualified expert to see them to fruition, and Mitch’s loyal following of repeat and referral clientele is perhaps the most apt illustration of this truth. Those who elect Mitch’s representation can expect a first-class experience defined by honesty, attention to detail, effective communication and hard work.

Before entering into commercial real estate and development, Mitch and his brother successfully built a national food distribution company with operations in 7 states and growing to over 50 employees. Business was established one client at a time, with a focus on excellent customer service and repeat business, putting the client’s needs first. That perspective of placing a priority on individualized service before profit resulted in the success of that business and is what has made Trevey Land and Commercial unique in this industry.

Among other distinctions, Mitch is a member of the Denver Metropolitan Commercial Association of Realtors (DMCAR), the Denver South Economic Development Partnership (DSEDP), the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and the Urban Land Institute (ULI). He has also served as President of the Parker Chamber of Commerce, Chairman of the Board and then the Director for the Economic Development Council, and on the Operating Council for Parker Core Knowledge Charter School.

Outside of work, you’ll rarely find Mitch indoors. He continues to enjoy mountain biking and the countless outdoor activities that abound in Colorado with his four sons and loving wife Amy. He is a Christian and member of Calvary Chapel in Parker, relying on his strong faith for continued guidance in an ever-changing society.
